He went NUTS when he opened it and pretty much ignored everything else. His Mom still reports that it’s a huge hit and his younger brothers try to get in on the action too. I did it with my two kids, taking turns with assembly. If I had to do it over again, I would have given each of them a different section (with this project you can basically create each section out of order or at the same time and then assemble at end). The claw and conveyor belt work well and are quite durable. When playing or moving the supports often come off, which can be easily fixed, but a little frustrating for young children. For the price, you get a lot of toy in both the assembly and in play. You get Woody, Hamm, Lotso, and two aliens with plenty of places and ways for them to interact with each other and the machinery, so it’s a great play toy to recreate and extend the story. Very easy to follow instructions with nice durable parts…I even enjoyed constructing it with her!! Excellent fun set to play pretend with. So many interesting moveable parts. Highly recommend it!
